Hannah Agosta is a freelance illustrator living and working in Denver, Colorado. She holds a BFA from the University of the Arts, where she studied illustration and art history. She uses mixed media and digital processes to create images that can be described as whimsical, dream-like, playful, and bright. In addition to visual storytelling, Hannah enjoys working with motion graphics, hand-lettering, and portraiture.

In 2026, the U.S. marks the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and Colorado marks the 150th anniversary of our entrance into the Union. To commemorate these twin anniversaries, BHA’s Recovery Cards Project developed eight new greeting cards—including one that celebrates Colorado and one that celebrates America—all within the theme of addiction recovery. “Congratulations” is primary card that celebrates America.
